Request Resale Documents
To request certified resale disclosure document, email [email protected] at least two weeks before closing. Preferably, requests should come directly from the homeowner. However, in the event of a pending sale, ESHA may provide the document to an authorized party (e.g., listing agent, closing agent, or title company) on behalf of the homeowner.
